Ordering

 

     In order to ensure we know exactly what you would like in your wedding video we ask that you fill out our client information contract. This document will allow you to describe in detail what you would like done as well as provide us with all your contact information. As with any contract there is a bit of “fine print”. Please read it carefully and call if you have any questions and/or concerns.

     You can download a PDF version of our contract. If you cannot download this file we can mail you a copy. Either way it is important that you fill this form out and send it to us as soon as possible so we can get started on your project. Work on your video cannot begin until we get this contract. The sooner we can get started the better your video will be as it will allow more time for you to review our work to ensure we are creating something you will be happy with.

 Hobble Creek Media wedding video contract instructions:

 

1. Download and save to your computers desktop.

 

2. Print form.

 

3. Fill out form completely.

 

a. Fill out client information section.

b. If you are having a traditional ceremony put down the time your actual ceremony will begin. If you are having an LDS Temple wedding, put down your scheduled start time for your session. (If you do not have a time set, let us know when you get one).

c. Check your package selection and list any additional options on the front page.

d. Explain in as much detail as possible any Special Instructions on the Special Instructions page. This may include start times for receptions or luncheons, or instructions on music selection, or any variety of things pertaining to your wedding video.

e. The last page is to help you calculate the cost of your wedding video production. It should be self explanatory however, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to give us a call.

 

4. Initial in two locations on front page, and sign the last page.

 

5. If you have the technical skill you can scan the contract, save it as a PDF file, and send me a copy by email. Otherwise you can send me a copy by regular ground mail. If you have not already done so please include a check for your deposit or contact me by phone with your credit card information.
